A: Each training session takes about 5 minutes. We recommend practicing twice daily (morning and evening) for best results. Consistency is more important than duration.
Q: When will I see results?
A: Results vary by individual. The exercises are designed to strengthen oropharyngeal muscles over time. Consistent practice is key. This is a fitness app, not a medical treatment, so results depend on many factors including your consistency and individual physiology.
Q: Is this app a medical treatment?
A: No. SnoreLess is an exercise guidance app for educational and fitness purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
Q: Can I use this app if I have sleep apnea?
A: If you have sleep apnea or any medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. This app is not intended to treat medical conditions.
Q: How do I set up daily reminders?
A: Go to Settings → Reminder Settings. Enable reminders and choose your preferred time. Make sure you've granted notification permissions to the app in your device settings.
Q: My reminders aren't working. What should I do?
A: 1) Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → SnoreLess → Notifications. 2) Make sure reminders are enabled in the app settings. 3) Try disabling and re-enabling reminders. 4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us.
Q: Can I export my training data?
A: Currently, all data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud backup on your device, your app data will be backed up to your personal iCloud account.
Q: What's the difference between free and premium?
A: The free version includes beginner exercises (Days 1-7). Premium unlocks intermediate and advanced exercises (Day 8+), detailed analytics, and additional features. See the Premium screen in the app for details.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SnoreLess → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your purchase, and request a refund. Apple will review your request according to their refund policy.
Q: The app crashed. What should I do?
A: 1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app. 2) Restart the app. 3) Restart your device. 4) If the problem persists, contact us with details about when the crash occurred and what you were doing.
Q: How do I change the app language?
