• Daily reminder notifications

We make no representations or warranties about the effectiveness of the exercises provided. Results may vary by individual.

3.4 Health Conditions

If you have any of the following conditions, consult a healthcare professional before using this App:

• Severe snoring or sleep apnea
• Respiratory conditions
• Oral or throat medical conditions
• Recent surgery or injury to the mouth, throat, or neck
• Any chronic medical condition

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Proper Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Follow exercise instructions carefully
• Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort
• Not rely on the App as medical advice
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account (if applicable)

4.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Premium Features

SnoreLess offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

6.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes.

6.3 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Update content and exercises
• Impose limits on certain features

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

• Sending an in-app notification for material changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You must delete the App from your device
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
